Downloading Web Stats
| The following information is now outdated. To download your web stats simply call us and we will set it up to download automatically as long as you are also an IVR customer (used to set up the automatic program). If not, we can set this up to email you automatically. |

These instructions must be followed from the Hurdman IVR computer.
Hurdman Communications has set up your system to make downloading web stats a very simple procedure.
1) locate the program icon on the IVR computer called "Get Web Stats". Double-click that icon to run the downloading program. You will see a window open, some text scroll by and then the window will close.
2) go to your database computer (MIS, BIPS, ICAMS) and run the web stat import routine. With BBB MIS the menu is usually at keystrokes 5-V.
That's it! You've imported your web stats.
But sometimes things go wrong:
* If you double-click the "Get Web Stats" icon and it comes up with "Log file already exists" that means that previous web data has already been downloaded but not imported. To fix this problem go to your database computer (MIS, BIPS, ICAMS) and run the web stat import routine. With BBB MIS the menu is usually at keystrokes 5-V. That will import the older web data. Then go back to the IVR system and start at step 1. When you are all finished you will have run the Web Stat Import Routine twice.
